Creative Recovery

Reconnect, Restore, Reimagine Your Authentic Self

Twelve guided steps toward creative recovery — a safe, community-held process to rediscover your authentic voice through psychodrama, reflection, and cultural richness.

What is Creative Recovery?

Creative Recovery is a guided process designed for people who feel stuck, disconnected, or blocked in their creative lives — whether as artists, caregivers, professionals, parents, or anyone who feels there is more inside them waiting to be expressed.
Over the course of 12 weeks, you’ll have a structure and supportive community to rediscover your creative energy, confront limiting beliefs, reclaim joy and spontaneity, and deepen your relationship with your authentic self.

Through a unique psychodramatic approach, weekly creative tasks, reflective practices, and sharings, the program offers a space to explore old narratives, heal inner wounds, and open up to new possibilities. Rather than escaping from daily life, Creative Recovery helps you bring your full self — your history, your cultures, your complexities — into a more vibrant, alive way of being.

Concept and Structure

At the heart of this program is Julia Cameron’s The Artist’s Way, which we use as our guiding framework. Throughout the journey, you’ll engage with both daily and weekly creative tasks designed to help you reconnect with your authentic self.

For 12 weeks, we meet in person for a 2-hour group session, or online for a 1-hour private session. We share our experiences, reflect on our progress, and explore the themes that arise. Each session focuses on a specific topic or creative challenge, which we work through using a psychodramatic approach.
